Shivani Khanwilkar

Shivani Khanwilkar is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with nearly a decade of experience advising and representing clients across a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including commercial litigation, real estate disputes, arbitration, white collar crime, and family law.

She provides a strong foundation for her practice across complex civil, commercial, and criminal disputes.

Before co-founding Khanwilkar & Shah Associates LLP, Shivani was associated with Trilegal and DSK Legal, where she gained extensive experience representing developers, corporations, businesses, and individuals in complex litigation across multiple judicial forums.

Her practice spans constitutional courts, commercial disputes, regulatory litigation, criminal proceedings, and arbitration, with a strong emphasis on strategic dispute resolution and effective courtroom advocacy.

Shivani has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, City Civil Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, Consumer Forums, and Arbitral Tribunals, advising on matters involving high-value commercial disputes, regulatory challenges and sensitive personal litigation.

Known for her meticulous preparation and client-focused approach, she works closely with clients to develop legal strategies that address both immediate disputes and long-term objectives.

Saloni Shah

Saloni Shah is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with more than eight years of experience advising clients across commercial litigation, arbitration, environmental law, shareholder disputes and media litigation.

Prior to establishing Khanwilkar & Shah Associates LLP, Saloni worked at Trilegal and DSK Legal, where she represented developers, corporations, financial institutions, and businesses in complex commercial and regulatory matters.

Her experience includes advising clients on multi-forum disputes involving corporate governance, insolvency proceedings, environmental regulations, contractual conflicts, and real estate litigation.

Saloni regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts, various tribunals, bringing a commercially focused and solutions-oriented perspective to every matter.

Her practice is characterised by strategic legal analysis, practical advice and a commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence.
